 That's a good point.  I do believe that should also work.  Nonetheless, we
 certainly can't expect that holding down a mouse button while dragging and
 simultaneously reaching across the keyboard (in the case of right-handed,
 anyway) with the other hand to hit the frame key is really the best usable
 solution.  That's not a "just works" answer, but I agree it should be
 implemented.
