 Sure, we can skip the button for now if that will get the feature in.  The
 plan for button placement is that the expand button will sit within the
 view toolbar of the activity (offscreen usually, and out of the way).
 Once in fullscreen, of course, the collapse button would have a standard
 placement in the upper right corner.  (Perhaps we could reveal it on
 mousemove, to prevent it from being in the way here as well?)

 Only activities that want to emphasize the fullscreen mode or want to
 specifically identify particular parts of the screen to expand (such as
 only the video feed in Record) need to position the expand button on
 screen, outside of the toolbar.
