Comment(by tomeu):

 Activities that wish to add a title for the clipping could add a standard
 named target to the X selection, for example SUGAR_CLIPPING_TITLE. The
 clipboard would display this value if present.

 I propose we target this for 1.1 and discuss again after 1.0 is out, in
 the hope that we'll have more data from the field on which to base the
 discussion.
