 We have a http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Antitheft_Protocol and Ivan's working
 on the antitheft server; I need to finish the antitheft client to (a)
 renew activation leases, (b) check 'stolen' status, and (c) communicate
 upgrade requests to rainbow.
