 If an ogg file is transfered to an XO via a USB stick and then resumed
 from the journal, it plays fine in the browser media player; the progress
 bar acts as it should. If the same file (which was downloaded and put on
 the stick) is clicked on in the browser, the media player comes up and
 plays the file; however, the progress bar no longer moves as time
 progresses.
