#3800: Choosing the Color an XO activity disables the index tab

 Open browse. Click on the activities and games tab. Click on Color and XO,
 which launches the activity. Go back to the browse tab, and click back.
 Now you can view the index again, but clicking on the different categories
 doesn't bring anything up. The window just stays at Browser games.
