 This is a l10n pov observation:

 It can be quite annoying for some people that some shortcuts are
 translated, particularly if you are used to more than one keyboard or
 language (I constantly hit CTRL-S when I want to save, only to find myself
 'subrayando' (underline) because in Spanish you must hit CTRL-G for
 'guardar'... but for cut-copy-paste (x-c-v) they are not translated and
 stay in the same 'keyboard position'.

 IOW, when localizing we must be homogeneous on this issue. But translators
 will most likely lack the background and time to 'think' and discuss about
 if F or M is more appropriate... So, being a laptop that is not being
 'designed' for English, shouldn't a more 'positional' stance on shortcuts
 be taken? (instead of mapping an English word to a key that will not exist
 in other keyboard/languages or whose translation will not correspond).
