As with #2457, my first draft of this accidentally already got committed,
but it's not quite right as is, so I'll attach an updated patch.
The idea here is that for every MIME type listed in activity.info, you can
also provide an appropriately-named icon (eg, application-x-turtle-
art.svg), and that will be copied into $XDG_DATA_HOME as part of the sugar
icon theme.
We also need changes to the ObjectTypeRegistry service though, because the
journal uses that rather than calling gnomevfs directly to get MIME type
icons. So the patch makes ObjectTypeRegistry watch the BundleRegistry to
learn about activity-supported MIME types, and checks if there are icons
for them.
