 Build 602.
A resumed Write maintains the shared-ness it originally had. But what if
I don't want to share it this time? "Share with:" doesn't seem to permit
 unsharing it.

Example: something gets shared in some social context, and written. Weeks
later, just because I want to look at the thing created, doesn't
necessarily mean I want everyone in the current Neighborhood to see and
potentially modify it. The document state, and the social context, are
both different, and a different shared-ness policy may be desired.
