Comment:

 Let's get feedback on ease of implementation soon.  Walter and I both
 think that this is a much needed feature to take advantage of the small
 screen effectively, especially in activities which have both toolbars and
 trays.  Read and Browse are the prime candidates for getting right in the
 near term.  We would also really like to have this in place so that we can
 toggle the fullscreen view for handheld mode; the toolbars are serving no
 purpose there at all.

 Marco, is this something we need to provide an API for at the Sugar level,
 so that the toolbar can collapse itself (to nothing), or should we expect
 activities to put a window on top of them?
