 I think we'll want a non-modal dialog which indicates the problem, and
 offers a subset of the options {"cancel", "download", "find in library"},
 where the "download" button appears anytime the laptop can automatically
 locate the missing .xo (on the school server, for instance) and the
 "library" button appears otherwise. It would launch the yet unimplemented
 Library activity, ideally with a pre-populated query for activities that
 support the mime-type of the entry in question.

 This will require the implementation of non-modal dialogs, which aren't
 yet spec'd on the wiki but will appear at:
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Specifications/Dialogs

 Tomeu, we'll probably want non-modal dialogs for most of these types of
 notifications (successful install, failed install, failed launch,
 deletion, etc.).
