Comment(by erikb):
I modified xvtest to resize on keystrokes.
I ran this modified code on an xo in TWM (by removing .xinitrc).
On the keystroke event, if I only call XResizeWindow on the xo to shrink
the window, the xv image does not resize and is cropped by the smaller
window.
On the keystroke event, if I only call XResizeWindow and XMoveWindow (in
either order) on the xo, the image momentarily resizes, but is then
cropped.
On the keystroke event, if I call XMoveResizeWindow on the xo to shrink
the window, the xv image resizes most of the time.
On my thinkpad running fc7, keystroke events always resize the window and
the xv image correctly.
Maybe there is a bug in the resize code? Thoughts?
