 There is no way whatsoever to focus controls to the right of entry fields
 in toolbars without using the mouse.  The text entry captures
 ''right/left'' arrow keystrokes, and tab bypasses the remaining elements
 of the toolbar completely.

 This is entirely unacceptable from a usability/accessibility perspective,
 and absolutely must be fixed.  My best proposal is to abandon the use of
 ''right/left'' to switch between widgets within the toolbar, instead using
 tab to cycle through them normally.
