Comment:

 Attached patch changes the instance name to something like
 1234f00d at xo-12-34-56 (where the 8 digits of hex are the beginning of the
 public-key hash, aka the username part of the OLPC's JID on the Jabber
 server, which is already public information in the TXT record).
