 Is this still a concern?  This might be related to #2127 - its possible
 that the camera app (or xvvideosink) isn't managing the Xv window as well
 as it could be.  Can we retest this with a recent build, or get a really
 simple test case so I can try it out (preferably a test case with just
 xvvideosink).
