 The Xv test application seems to scale correctly when I run it.  This
 doesn't sound like an Xv problem - if it is being cropped, then that means
 that the Xv window was never resized to match the new chroma key size.
 Please verify that the Xv window is actually being resized and that the Xv
 subsystem isn't getting the call.
