 Also note that if a 13 character phrase (for 104 bits WEP) is entered, you
 have to do a straight ascii-hex conversion rather than using the MD5 hash.
 The hash is only employed for passphrases that do not have the right
 length already.

 I'm not sure if there is a similar ascii-to-hex algorithm for 40/64 bits
 WEP, but that is hopefully used even less than 128 bits WEP.
