Comment:

 review+ on PS patch from dcbw, merged to master.

 IMO Sugar should still ignore no-op signals, but that's a minor code-
 cleanliness thing rather than a functionality bug, so reassigning to marco
 as low priority. Title changed from "Buddies are jumping around on the
 mesh view at startup".
