 With 602 on both XOs, I can't say it is fixed although the behavior is
 different.

  * Boot both XOs and each show up on the others neighborhood.
  * Start Record activity on Rose, share to neighborhood, it shows up on
 Chrisanthemum's neighborhood.
  * Start Record activity on Chrysanthemum, share to neighborhood, it
 '''''does not''''' show up on Roses's neighborhood.

 Both continue to show up in each other's neighborhood, but activities
 shared from long name XO (Chrysanthemum) do not show up on short name XO
 (Rose) neighborhood.
