 No unprivileged app should be able to mess up some
 other app, even if they both try to claim an IO device.
 (microphone, camera, speaker, etc.)

 Bug #3666 really didn't need to be "fixed".

 Patching apps to compensate for the OS's inability to
 properly isolate them is wrong. Apps may be malicious.
 Apps are also likely to be buggy; there is one OS but
 a great number of potentially buggy apps.

 (virtualize and/or revoke as required)
