 Just to be sure I recreated the problem just now in this configuration:

 * Two B4 units named "Rose" and "Chrysanthemum" with the above software
 versions.
 * Isolated two node ad-hoc mesh with no mesh point and no internet
 connectivity.

 Chrysanthemum show up in Rose's neighborhood.  When I start up Writer and
 share with My Neighborhood, Chrysanthemum disappears from Rose's
 neighborhood.
