 so im on build 581 - I have an activity I want to bundle .. so I check my
 MANIFEST and run my ./setup.py dist  .. I get the .xo file ..   I want to
 test this on the same system, so I renamed my activity's folder to
 H.activity - then from within H.activity I run sugar-install-bundle
 HelloCsound-1.xo (from the Dev Console Term) and get Error - No such file
 or directory /home/olpc/Activities/HelloCsoundActivity.activity .

 and so If I then do a mkdir HelloCsoundActivity.activity and re-run the
 installer it then says AlreadyInstalledException  - can't seem to win.

 Also it would be nice if this could be run when you ssh .. but I'm sure
 there are many ENV vars that need to be set for this to work.
