 Right now there is no way to tell what the system volume is without
 opening an activity which plays sound.  There is no audio feedback while
 pressing the buttons, and no graphical feedback either.

 I think we need a standard way to display the adjustment visually, and we
 should add audible feedback for the volume controls as well.
