 The thing most commonly done with copied things is pasting them, so this
 should be the first available action in the secondary palette for a
 clipping (Right now it's not there at all!)  Although one can paste using
 the button within the activity, it's useful to be able to preview the
 clippings to find the correct one, and we may as well support pasting it
 from there.

 While making that change, we might as well order the available options
 correctly.  Assuming the following actions are all available, the order
 is:

  - Paste
  - Open with >
  - Keep in Journal
  - Remove
