 Apart from being empty at present, this popup is not user friendly at all.
 We should either carefully consider the shapes we include, or we should
 come up with a more flexible way to handle more shapes than fit in the
 toolbar.  I have a few ideas in this area, but for now we need to take the
 simple route and remove it altogether.
