 I've only tested this personally with the paintbrush, but I get some very
 strange behavior when right clicking.  The behavior is something like:
 flash the previous brush stroke off/on and add a new not (but not a
 stroke) at the location of the click.

 After a short while experimenting with this, Paint seemed to crash.

 Right click should either have some contextual palette (perhaps the
 secondary palette for the currently selected tool?) or be completely
 ignored.  For now, let's go with ignoring it.
