 Tomeu, it occurred to me that we have a design for a "Zoom to fit" button
 already in the system theme (zoom-best-fit.svg).  I think it would be a
 good idea to add this third button to the View toolbar.  It's default
 behavior can be "Zoom to width", and its secondary options can be "Zoom to
 fit" and "Actual size," eliminating the need for extra options under the
 zoom-in and zoom-out buttons.
