 The title is pretty much it, but here are the steps.

 Insert the USB stick. Go to the journal activity. The USB and Journal
 icons show up on the bottom of the screen. Drag an activity entry in the
 Journal to the USB icon. Let go when the plus sign is next to the dragged
 item. There used to be a small document image that would appear on the USB
 icon as the file was transferring. There is no icon, and the  file cannot
 be found on the USB stick.
