#3687: Arabic UI mirroring is inconsistent and in some cases illogical

 The zoom-levels are mirrored, which doesn't match the keyboard controls.

 The arrows next to the activities at the bottom of the frame are mirrored,
 pointing inward instead of outward.

 The arrow keys are also inverted in some activities--it should not be the
 case that I hit the left arrow-key, and the cursor moves right.

 Some of these choices may be deliberate, such as the left-positioning of
 the scroll bar in activities, and the right-alignment of toolbars and
 tabs. But we need to reassess the overall logic of UI mirroring for Arabic
 XOs.
