Comment:

 I tried taking photos at work last night, and was able to get banding on 1
 out of ~30 photos.  Then I brought it home and was able to get banding on
 0 out of ~10 photos.  Now I am back at work this morning and getting
 banding and exposure issues on 12 out of 12 photos...

 I am on a b3, build 568.  In a moment I will upgrade to 595 and retest.

 I run

 location=plsWork.jpg
 }}}

 to generate my test images.  Attached is a higher resolution photo with
 the problem.
