New description:

We would like to be able to specify the order of the icons in the activity
 task bar.

Here is the desired order from left to right:
Chat, Browse, Write, Record, Paint, TamtamJam, Turtle Art, eToys, Pippy,
Calculator, Measure, TamTamEdit, SynthLab, Memorize, Blockparty, and
 Connect4.

Please tell me if the ordering of icons is an easy task or a difficult
one. If it is easy, then we can do it for trial-3. If not, we can move it
 out to FRS.
