Comment:

 Currently, activities are displayed in order from oldest to newest (ie, in
 the order they were installed.) So the simplest way to fix this would be
 to just make sure that pilgrim installs the activities into the OS image
 in the right order (or else that it adjusts their modtimes after
 installing them).

 Having that work with optionally-installed activities may be trickier
 though.
