 We would like to be able to specify the order of the icons in the activity
 task bar so we always get the most 'important' ones starting from the
 left.

 Specifically, the first 6 icons from the left should be (in order):
 Chat, Browse, Write, Record, Paint, TamtamJam

 After that:
 Turtle Art, eToys, Pippy, Calculator, Measure, TamTamEdit, SynthLab,
 Memorize, Blockparty, and Connect4.

 (The first 6 activities will be in every build... we may decide NOT to
 include all the others by default in order to give the student or teacher
 to load the ones they want)

 Please tell me if the ordering of icons is an easy task or a difficult
 one. If it is easy, then we can do it for trial-3. If not, we can move it
 out to FRS. (Also, who can do this?)
