Comment:

 Presence Service doesn't do UI, so not our bug. Reassigning to Sugar.

 PS is involved, however, because it seems to be emitting spurious
 ActivitiesChanged signals saying that the buddy's activities have changed
 from (empty list) to (empty list). Ideally Sugar would ignore these, but
 we ought to fix it in both places.
