 Q2C27, build 594 and happened for 593 as well.

 Install a new build and shotdown the system.  Next time you boot, the
 icons in the Sugar frame (activitiy icons and zoom-level controls) are
 shown as solid rectangles.  Once you mouse over, the icon is refleshed and
 show the correct picture.

 For the third boot, I got only the view controls at top became solid.
