 When zooming out, only the text gets smaller right now, leaving the
 fullscreen white canvas and eliminating the context of the margins.  It
 would look nicer if scaling worked more like Read, with the page remaining
 centered (once it fits on-screen, keeping alignment otherwise), and with
 the canvas contracting to maintain the page margins.
