 In reality, the 100% mark doesn't really mean anything, unless perhaps
 100% means "actual size when printed."  Since we're not targeting the
 print medium so much, it makes sense to map 100% to the size that
 perfectly fits the width of the screen, regardless of what that width is,
 so that the zoom level is set to 100% (and fitting the screen) by default.

 This means that, if a "print size" or "actual size" option is added to the
 secondary palettes of the zoom buttons, those sizes might actually be
 about 120% or so.  Regardless, printing is the edge case, and on-screen
 viewing is the norm.
