 I assume we support internal hyperlinks within Read.  If so, we should add
 forward/back buttons (which use the same icons as Browse; see #3619 about
 previous/next icons).

 Clicking on a hyperlink would add the current location to the navigation
 stack.  We should also add explicit page jumps (via entering a page
 number, ''not'' by incrementally paging) to the nav stack, so that after
 scrolling to page 12, then typing in page 120, and finally hitting the
 back button I return to page 12.
