 In Write, Alt-C doesn't work while the "Insert Image" pulldown is present.

 Steps: start Write; select Image tab; click on "Insert Image"; wait ~10s
 for the Journal menu to show up; press Alt-C; but nothing happens.  Leave
 the menu (Cancel or Esc); press Alt-C; Write now exits.
