 This time it's just a thinko in the kernel, should be easy to fix.

 in the powerup path of the geodefb, we unconditionally restore registers
 as if the CPU was powered off, but when DCON has simply been switched off,
 Xorg and the framebuffer may still be writing to them.

 The fix involves some API rework, but it's an API we added in the first
 place so nobody will ever complain.
