 The right mouse button should always immediately reveal the secondary
 palette for the item beneath the cursor, as though it were a contextual
 menu.

 Even more importantly, the right mouse button should ''not'' take an
 immediate action upon the object.  For instance, right now right-clicking
 on an activity in the ring will resume it; right-clicking on an AP will
 connect to it.  In both cases the secondary palette should appear instead.
