 We tried out cafe_ccic before the faster initialization patches that use
 mdelay() instead of msleep() or something like that.  Reverting those
 patches fix the saturation and half-frame issues, but of course increase
 the driver open time to 4s or so.  Maybe there's a value in between that
 would work better for everything?
