 Not sure if Mitch has implemented this already or not.
 When wp is set (secure boot), the firmware should check to see if there is
 a bootfw.zip file, and install if it it is newer.

 The initrd should delete any bootfw.zip file it sees.  This screws with
 the manifest, so we might need to play some games with symlinks instead.
