Comment:

 How do we plan to signal the activity about an owner change btw?

 AbiCollab for example also needs to have a Session "owner". While for
 plain old AbiCollab I will implement a small algorithm to elect a new
 session owner, for the sugar case I'd like to keep the owners 'in sync'
 (ie. the buddy who AbiCollab think owns the session should also be the
 buddy who the PS thinks owns the session).
