 Actually, this bug should be called "buddies can't join a Salut public
 activities after its initiator left".


 Problem is:
 A creates a muc "foo" and starts to announce its address
 B wants to join "foo". He finds its address in the service announce. No
 problem
 A leaves "foo". The muc is not announced anymore
 C wants to join "foo". He doesn't see his service, generates a new one and
 starts to announce it. C is now in his own room and not in the one with B
