 The build is not recognizing the manufacturing data on the laptop and is
 defaulting to the US standard language and keyboard layout.

 Urdu: .mfg-data: LA PAK
       xorg.conf: skblayout "us"
                  xkbvariant "olpc"
       i18n: LANG="en_US.UTF-8"

 French: .mfg-data: LA AZE
 Cyrillic: .mfg-data: LA RUS

 (the xorg.conf and i18n files are the same as the Urdu laptop, which is
 the same as those for a US laptop.
