Comment:

 When I download the file (and erikos said on irc he sees the same thing),
 it *does* get unpacked into ~/Library, it's just not visible in the
 homepage, because ~/Library/makeIndex.py is not finished/working, which is
 bug #2923.

 Among other things, it hardcodes "/Users/lauren/Desktop/Library" as the
 directory containing the library. It should either use
 os.path.expand("~/Library") or (better) import sugar.env and use
 sugar.env.get_user_library_path().
