 two pixel more at the top. The theme currently gives the entry one more
 pixel to play with at the top and two at the bottom. So it seems we need
 at least 2px at the top, so moving the text one pixel down would work
 (rounding differently so that it is 2px at the top, 1px at the bottom).

 Yeah, if that matches what the default theme does, it's probably good;
 there don't seem to be any characters (at least in the Latin blocks) with
 an accent below the descender. (U+0123 LATIN SMALL LETTER G WITH CEDILLA
 puts the cedilla on top: ģ, and U+1EF5 LATIN SMALL LETTER Y WITH DOT BELOW
 puts the dot next to the the descender: ỵ)
