 When switching away from Etoys it should release the sound system
 completely. This works for output, but not yet input.

 To verify: open a !SoundRecorder from the Supplies flap, press Record,
 press Stop. The mic LED is still on as the level meter still updates. Now
 switch away (e.g., to the Journal), the LED should turn off but doesn't.
