 Bugs like #3538 can and will happen, there needs to be some way to restart
 a frozen journal. In this case, the Toolbar still responded, but it does
 not have a "Stop" button. Alt-C did not work. The mouse-hover menu in the
 donut view does not have a "restart" entry.
